ZOOMLION is an industry standard-setter. The company operates eight national-level research and innovation platforms and invests an average of nearly 8% of its annual revenue in R&D. ZOOMLION is a two-time recipient of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and a four-time winner of the National Patent Gold Award, and was among the first to receive the National Outstanding Engineer Team honor. To date, ZOOMLION has filed 20,296 patent applications, including 9,211 for invention patents. The company has led or contributed to the development and revision of over 610 national, industry, and group standards, as well as 21 international standards, positioning it at the technological forefront of the global industry.

ZOOMLION has developed a series of record-setting products, including China’s first 3,200-tonne crawler crane, the world’s largest 23,800-tonne-meter tower crane, the world’s largest 4,000-tonne all-terrain crane, the world’s longest 101-meter carbon-fiber boom concrete pump truck, the world’s highest 82-meter telescopic boom lift, the world’s largest 300-tonne hybrid mining truck, and the world’s largest 700-hp wheeled tractor.     Construction Equipment
    Our range of construction equipment for infrastructure work comprises cranes, concrete machinery, earthmoving equipment, and aerial work platforms. This type of heavy-duty machinery is used in a wide variety of operations, such as building construction and the construction of roads and bridges, as well as in energy projects, the building of industrial facilities, municipal engineering and large-scale infrastructure development.

  • Mining Machinery

    Mining Machinery
    For open-pit mining operations, we offer a comprehensive earthmoving and other mining equipment portfolio that includes down-the-hole (DTH) drill rigs, mining excavators, electric-drive mining dump trucks, and wide-body mining dump trucks. With more than 100 models across seven major mining machinery categories, we cover the key stages of surface mining, from drilling and excavation to loading and hauling.

  • Agricultural Machinery

    Agricultural Machinery
    We provide a variety of heavy agricultural machinery for use in field operations and for the handling of grain after harvesting, such as tractors, wheat harvesters, corn harvesters, rice harvesters, grain dryers, and powered machinery platforms suitable for hilly and mountainous areas. The range of agricultural equipment that we have includes the main stages of farming, including land preparation, crop harvesting and grain processing.

We focus our research and development on solving complex engineering challenges for our clients. Having a very broad base of experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic technologies, we have developed construction equipment which can handle exceptional lifting heights, long spans, and extremely heavy loads.

Our engineering achievements include a 101 m carbon-fiber concrete boom pump truck, a 3,200-ton crawler crane, a 22,000 tonne-meter tower crane, and a 4,000-ton all-terrain crane. We have also developed a 300-ton hybrid mining haul truck, a 100-ton hybrid wide-body mining dump truck, and high-horsepower wheeled tractors. These record-setting heavy machines demonstrate our ability to take equipment capacity and engineering to the next level and bring that to the most demanding of construction, mining and agricultural applications.

  • Manufacturing heavy machinery requires more than engineering expertise. From structural component fabrication and precision machining to assembly, testing, and final equipment production, ZOOMLION has developed an extensive manufacturing system to support its diverse machinery portfolio. We've also expanded internationally and have now got product development and manufacturing much closer to the needs of our customers in different markets.
  • Since 2001, we have been building our global footprint through the acquisitions of established industry companies, including Powermole in the UK, CIFA and Ladurner in Italy, m-tec, Wilbert, and Rabe in Germany, and Raxtar in the Netherlands. We now have 13 overseas R&D and manufacturing sites. The international engineering collaboration and local manufacturing enables us to tailor the heavy equipment to the various regulatory regimes, operating conditions and customer requirements in each region.
  • Beyond manufacturing, we provide aftermarket support throughout the equipment lifecycle. We operate in over 170 countries and regions and have established 20 overseas parts centers and over 30 overseas subsidiaries, including operations in the UAE, Brazil and India to name just a few. This international network allows us to provide parts distribution, maintenance and technical support much closer to the customer.
  • From equipment development and manufacture through to sales and after sales service our global operations enable us to meet local market requirements, provide timely technical support and thereby reduce the risk of prolonged equipment downtime.

Greener and Smarter Manufacturing

We're continuing to build our manufacturing capability through automation, digitalization and smarter manufacturing. We have 26 advanced industrial parks around the world which utilize automated production, digital management and intelligent manufacturing technologies to produce cranes, aerial work platforms, concrete plant equipment, earthmoving equipment and key components.

Looking forward, ZOOMLION will further integrate digital technologies, new energy solutions, advanced materials and intelligent control systems into our heavy equipment in the areas of design, manufacture and on-site operation.
