1992 ZOOMLION established.
2000 Listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange.
2003 Zoomlion pursued mergers and acquisitions, including the acquisition of UK-based Powermole in November 2001 and a four-party restructuring in August 2003 involving the Changsha Construction Machinery Research Institute (CCMRI), Zoomlion, Puuan Group, and Puyuan Co., Ltd.
2008 Acquisition of CIFA, Italian manufacturer of concrete machinery.
2010 Listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.
2012 Started to expand our overseas manufacturing via a joint venture with India's Electromech to set up a local manufacturing facility.
2013 Acquisition of m-tec, a German manufacturer of dry mortar plant equipment.
2014 Expansion into and acquired Raxtar, a Dutch manufacturer of construction hoists.
2015 Acquisition of Ladurner, an Italian company, expanding our international business portfolio.
2016 Established a service and repair center in Myanmar to support our full range of equipment in overseas markets.
2016 ZOOMLION Unveiled 22 Premium, Green and Smart 4.0 Construction Machinery Products Across Eight Product Series at bauma China.
2017 China-Belarus Industrial Park Development.
2018 Announced acquisition of a 100% equity stake in WILBERT, a German tower crane manufacturer.
2019 The ZOOMLION Smart Industrial City project was launched in Hunan, China, with a planned investment of RMB 100 billion and a site area of over 600 hectares.
