ZOOMLION has a fully established international manufacturing and business network with subsidiaries and branches in around 20 countries across East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe and beyond. We have invested in industrial parks in Italy, Germany, Brazil, India and Belarus with further factories being planned in Türkiye and Saudi Arabia. Over 50 permanent overseas offices support the international business and logistics and parts distribution networks are being developed around the regional hubs in the UAE and Brazil.

Smart Manufacturing & Production Capacity
ZOOMLION Smart Industrial City is a major intelligent manufacturing base consisting of specialized production parks for mobile cranes, excavators, concrete machinery, aerial work platforms and key components. It features intelligent production lines, industrial robots, automated logistics and digital production management (in welding, machining, painting, assembly and equipment testing).
The Earthmoving Machinery Manufacturing Park is some 1,500mu (100ha) in size and has 61 intelligent production lines, over 240 industrial robots and more than 200 AGVs. With a planned annual output of 50,000 excavators the average cycle time is around 6 minutes per machine. The manufacturing process utilises intelligent production scheduling, industrial AI, digital twin technology, IIoT and AGV logistics with 11 intelligent information control systems (SAP, APS, MES, WMS, QMS, LES etc) and an integrated factory operations management platform.
The Mobile Crane Manufacturing Park covers some 1,500 mu (100ha) and has a total built up area of 440,000m². It is planned to have 56 intelligent production lines and over 500 industrial robots for the manufacture of mobile cranes and associated structural parts.
