The ZOOMLION SC200/200EB-A1 construction hoist transports workers, tools, and building materials between different floors during the construction of high-rise buildings, bridges, and other structures. Single-cage and twin-cage models are available to accommodate different transport requirements. The hoist also includes automatic floor leveling, safety protection systems, operator access controls, and fault diagnostics.

  • Vertical Transport for High-Rise Projects
    These construction hoists have a maximum installation height of 500 m and can carry up to 2000 kg per cage, accommodating the vertical transport needs of high-rise construction projects. The hoist is available with either one or two cages. Each cage has a rated load capacity of 2000 kg, giving the twin-cage model a combined capacity of 2 × 2000 kg for transporting workers and construction materials.
  • Operating Speeds Up to 50 m/min
    The hoist operates at speeds of up to 50 m/min, reducing travel time when transporting workers and materials between floors on high-rise construction sites. Its drive system consists of a gearbox with 95% efficiency and a motor with 90% efficiency.
  • Protection Against Unintended Cage Movement
    The safety system includes zero-speed holding protection to prevent the cage from slipping downward when stopped, as well as voltage and speed reduction controls to reduce the risk of unintended descent. The main electrical control cabinet also incorporates multiple safety protections to control hoist operation during the transport of workers and materials.
  • Floor Leveling, Access Control, and Fault Diagnostics
    These construction hoists are equipped with automatic leveling systems to stop the cage at the selected floor with millimeter-level accuracy. They also have facial recognition and tiered access permissions to help prevent unauthorized personnel from operating the hoist. Their intelligent control console displays more than 100 types of faults, while remote self-diagnostics allow maintenance personnel to check equipment status and identify problems without having to inspect the control panel on site.
