ZM400H/G Casing Oscillator

The ZOOMLION ZM400H/G takes full casing drilling into the 3,000–4,000 mm diameter range to meet the demands of extra-large pile foundations that conventional drilling rigs may struggle to handle. With a total weight of 100 metric tons, this heavy-duty foundation machine features a main clamping force of 6,700 kN and a secondary clamping force of 2,940 kN with enhanced stability during the clamping and rotation of oversized casings under heavy loads. The casing oscillator is well-suited to major infrastructure projects, including large bridge pier foundations and port terminals that require large pile foundation dimensions and high operational stability.
