Digital Agriculture Configuration
  • Assisted guidance and satellite positioning
    The assisted guidance system supports centimeter-level satellite differential positioning using standalone BeiDou or multi-constellation GNSS services. Positioning options include network RTK, mobile base stations, precise point positioning (PPP) and integrated satellite-ground positioning.
    A steering-wheel actuator provides automatic steering control with a stated accuracy of ±2.5 cm or better at travel speeds from 0.5 to 30 km/h. The system also specifies at least 600 seconds of satellite-signal interference tolerance and uses terrain compensation algorithms to accommodate different field conditions. Guidance patterns include straight parallel lines, curved parallel lines and headland-based omega (Ω) turns.
  • Precision implement operation
    Using high-precision geographic positioning, the tractor supports centimeter-level sequential control of agricultural operations. The system can automatically coordinate the transmission, hitch, power take-off (PTO) and selective control valve (SCV) circuits in predefined operating sequences. ISOBUS prescription-map support enables compatible implements to perform location-based operations according to prescribed field data.
  • Intelligent diagnostics and remote maintenance
    The onboard diagnostic center analyzes faults to assist with identifying their causes. Operating and diagnostic data can be transmitted to ZOOMLION's support platform for remote technical analysis. The system also supports over-the-air (OTA) updates and remote screen sharing for maintenance assistance
