ZOOMLION's large crawler excavators are designed for heavy-duty earth excavation, truck loading and hydraulic breaking in construction and earthmoving projects. The excavator is powered by a 214 kW Cummins engine and equipped with an electronically controlled positive-flow hydraulic system to meet the power and hydraulic demands of intensive excavation, loading and breaking operations. To accommodate high-temperature, dusty and demanding working conditions, the engine filtration and cooling arrangements, working equipment and undercarriage structures have been reinforced. These measures support operations involving soil, sand, gravel and breaking work under challenging jobsite conditions.

  • Cummins engine with high torque reserve
    The Cummins engine delivers high power output, ample torque reserve and stable performance, with strong torque available at low engine speeds. These characteristics contribute to faster response during changes in operating load and are designed to extend engine service life.

    The electronically controlled positive-flow hydraulic system is designed to optimize engine performance. Combined with three-stage idle control, the system helps reduce unnecessary fuel consumption and improve operating efficiency.
  • Three-stage fuel filtration and cooling
    The high-capacity, three-stage fuel filtration system incorporates higher-precision filter elements, with an impurity filtration rate of 99.9% . A fuel cooler regulates fuel temperature to help maintain favorable engine operating conditions, contributing to longer engine service life and lower fuel consumption.
  • Optimized main control valve
    The main control valve features enlarged flow passages and an optimized spool structure to reduce resistance to hydraulic oil flow. Lower pressure losses within the hydraulic passages help improve hydraulic energy efficiency.
