400t Crawler Crane ZCC4000V

ZOOMLION 400-ton crawler cranes (ZCC4000V) use an auxiliary counterweight system, with a separate pump controlling each mechanism. Operators can use the auxiliary remote control to operate the crane and monitor several working conditions. Self-loading and unloading features simplify setup, while the compact transport design makes it easier to move these mobile cranes between large project sites.

  • The auxiliary counterweight system raises the maximum load moment to 5500 t·m, so the mobile crane can handle heavy loads at long working radii with performance close to that of a 500-ton-class model.
  • Operators can raise and lower the boom with one touch, and the crane can load and unload itself. Real-time monitoring tracks the crane’s center of gravity, while a virtual wall marks the limits of the work area.
  • The main crane body weighs 42 tons and measures 3 m wide which simplifies transport. The boom sections can be put together in a way that saves three flatbed trucks when the complete crane moves to another site, lowering transport costs.
