ZOOMLION 90-ton rough-terrain cranes (ZRT900V532-1) can travel on muddy roads, gravel routes, and unpaved ground thanks to their four-wheel-drive chassis. They are used for various applications including lifting equipment into place during installation, maintenance, and replacement work in oil and gas fields, mines, chemical plants, and remote infrastructure projects, especially when operators need to move between lifting locations within the site.

Features
  • These rough-terrain cranes are mobile lifting equipment with a 48-meter main boom suitable for lifting work at different heights and working radii. The maximum rated lifting capacity is 90 tons, with a maximum load moment of 2950 kN·m in the basic boom configuration and 1500 kN·m at full extension.
  • The outriggers span 8-meter both lengthwise and crosswise, giving the cranes a broad base of support for heavy loads and work with the boom extended.
  • Operators can extend and retract the outriggers by remote control to simplify setup. Outrigger position sensors and the operating configuration recognition function help them check whether the outrigger positions match the selected lifting configuration.
  • The cranes come with cameras that help operators see the surrounding area, while the operator’s seat has ventilation to keep them cool and lumbar support for their lower back during long working hours.
