L235-12 Luffing Jib Tower Crane

ZOOMLION luffing jib tower cranes (L235-12) lift construction materials on high-rise projects and at sites with limited space between buildings. The jib angle adjusts to reach lifting points farther from the tower or move closer to it when less horizontal space is available. These tower cranes have a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tons and a maximum jib length of 60 m, with a lifting capacity of 2.3 tons at the tip of the 60 m jib. Their adjustable reach also helps plan crane movements in densely built areas and on sites where several tower cranes work together.

  • Heavy Loads and Long-Reach Lifting
    These ZOOMLION luffing jib tower cranes lift construction materials, steel structures, and equipment, with a maximum lifting capacity of 12 tons for loads close to the tower. Capacity decreases as the working radius increases, but they can still lift 2.3 tons at the tip of the 60 m jib.
  • Adjustable Reach for Confined Sites
    The jib moves through a luffing angle of 15°–85° to adjust the working radius. Raising it reduces how far it extends horizontally, so it occupies less space than a horizontal jib. The adjustable reach is useful on high-rise projects, between closely spaced buildings, and during multi-crane operation.
  • Hoisting Speeds up to 190 m/min
    It's possible to adjust the hoisting speed from 0 to 190 m/min according to the lifting task, so the hook can move faster when conditions allow and spend less time traveling between ground level and the upper floors of a high-rise building.
