ZOOMLION mobile crushing and screening plants process rock, ore and aggregates directly at the mining jobsite.   • Easier Transport and Relocation
    The telescopic feeding conveyor uses a hydraulic cylinder and linkage mechanism for lowering. Its simpler structure makes the mining crushing equipment easier to prepare for transport and move between jobsites.
  • Integrated Frame with Vibration Isolation
    The crusher and drive motor are both mounted on the same base frame which is in turn supported by four vibration damping pads. This effectively absorbs the operating vibrations and the internal forces, reducing the stress on the crushing machine and contributing to a longer service life.

    The ZCF multi-cylinder cone crusher features automatic cavity clearing, tramp iron protection and a design that separates the moving cone from the main shaft, increasing its oscillation and rotation frequency for higher productivity. An integrated control panel and wireless remote provide one-touch start/stop and remote travel control.
  • Efficient Feeding and Consistent Output
    A variable-frequency drive automatically adjusts conveyor feeding speed to suit operating conditions. This keeps the crushing chamber properly filled and the material feed centered, to improve crushing efficiency and aggregate quality.
  • Built for Reliable Operation
    European-brand elastic supports contribute to stable operation, while the screen frame uses ring-groove rivets and weld-free side plates to reduce the risk of cracking. The chassis is manufactured from high-strength, low-alloy weathering steel for durability and operation in low-temperature environments.
