  • Efficient Crushing and Cleaner Aggregates
    A variable-frequency drive (VFD) automatically adjusts the vibrating feeder speed to match operating conditions, keeping the impact crusher running efficiently and improving product quality. An integrated vibrating pre-screen removes soil and fine material before crushing, reducing the fines content in the finished aggregates.
  • Heavy-Duty Symmetrical Blow Bars
    The mining crusher features heavy-duty symmetrical blow bars for a higher crushing ratio, better aggregate particle shape and longer wear life. This also helps reduce operating costs and replacement frequency.

    The engine is specified to meet China Stage IV (National IV) emission requirements. Its modular design eliminates the need for urea injection, making routine servicing more convenient.

    A permanent magnet motor powers the impact crusher for efficient operation and lower energy consumption. A conventional asynchronous motor is also available as an option.
  • Strong, Durable Chassis
    The boat-shaped chassis is manufactured from high-strength, low-alloy steel for greater structural rigidity and fatigue resistance. It supports a longer service life for the mobile crushing equipment under demanding mining and quarrying conditions.
