ZMS1550G Mobile Crusher

ZMS1550G by ZOOMLION is a heavy-duty, tracked mobile screening machinery with a processing capacity of 200–600 t/h and a maximum feed size of 600 mm. Equipped with a double-deck heavy-duty screen box and an 8 m³ feed hopper, the mining crusher is suitable for pre-screening and grading materials such as those from mines, quarries, sand and gravel aggregates, and construction demolition waste.

The unit has a fully hydraulic drive and a tracked undercarriage so it can move to different worksites on its own without the need for an external power source or a tow vehicle. It is ideal for screening operations that require frequent relocation or where on-site power supply is limited.

Advantages
  • The double-layer heavy-duty screen box is bolted together using high-strength steel plates, and the screen surface inclination can be hydraulically and continuously adjusted within a range of 12° to 19°.
  • By hydraulically lifting the rear of the screen box, bar screens, needle screens, or mesh screens can be replaced to accommodate different raw materials and screening specifications, effectively handling both preliminary screening for mud removal and finished product grading.
  • Equipped with a fully hydraulic drive system and a reinforced, extended-wheelbase crawler chassis, the unit can move independently into mine-pit work areas such as quarries and construction waste processing sites.
  • The feed hopper and discharge conveyor can be hydraulically folded and transported with the entire machine, eliminating the need for separate disassembly and reducing setup and teardown work during site transfers.
