ZMS2065G Mobile Crusher

ZOOMLION ZMS2065G mobile screening plant handles multi-stage material screening and aggregate grading in a single pass. Equipped with a 2,000 × 6,500 mm triple-deck screen, it can separate materials into different particle sizes, with a processing capacity of 150–350 t/h. This mobile crushing equipment is suitable for sand and gravel production, quarrying, mining material processing and construction waste recycling.

Mounted on a crawler undercarriage, the mining mobile crusher can be relocated between work areas as screening requirements change.Its three finished product discharge conveyors fold for transport with the heavy machine thereby minimising the amount of disassembly required when moving the unit to site. It's a flexible solution for mobile crushing and screening operations from fine aggregate classification through to screening of the excavated materials.

Advantages
  • Triple-Deck Screening for Multiple Product Sizes
    The 2000 x 6500mm triple deck vibrating screen takes in feed up to 100mm with a throughput of 150-350t/h. It has three screening decks which will produce a number of different size fractions in a single pass and is therefore ideal for aggregate production and multi grade screening.
  • Customizable Screen Mesh
    Standard woven wire screens can be customized with different mesh openings to meet specific aggregate grading requirements. The first and second finished-product discharge conveyors are positioned at steep angles that allows different material grades to be conveyed and stockpiled separately.
  • Large Screen Deck with Easy Maintenance Access
    The heavy-duty screen structure uses high-strength steel plates joined with ring-groove rivets. Hydraulic cylinders can level the screen box and raise the upper feeder and create more space for screen mesh inspection, replacement and routine maintenance.
  • Crawler Mobility and Convenient Transport
    A reinforced crawler undercarriage with an extended wheelbase provides the necessary capability to move across mines, quarries and construction sites. All three of the finished product conveyors fold for transport without any separate disassembly and the hydraulic folding feed conveyor in particular reduces the amount of setup work required when relocating.
  • Reduced Impact on the Feed Conveyor
    A 1,000 mm wide feeding conveyor is fitted with a damping frame to take the impact of the material on loading and thus reduce the impact on the belt.
  • Remote Operation and Equipment Monitoring
    An integrated control panel and wireless remote allow operators to start and stop the mobile screening plant and control crawler movement remotely. An IoT module also supports equipment location tracking, operating condition monitoring and operational analysis.
