ZMJ116A Mobile Crusher

ZOOMLION ZMJ116A mobile jaw crusher is for crushing natural rock and construction waste with a processing capacity of 165 to 400t/h. It's a crawler mounted crushing plant which incorporates feeding, jaw crushing and material conveying into a single mobile unit and is therefore ideal for quarrying, aggregate production and construction waste recycling.

It has a tracked undercarriage and foldable conveyors which makes it far easier to move between mine sites. The operator can choose either an external diesel generator set or grid power for the mining heavy machinery, that provides a great deal of flexibility in different working environments.

Applications
  • Natural Rock and Mineral Processing
    Suitable for crushing a wide range of natural rock materials, including slate, limestone, dolomite, sandstone, hard sandstone, river pebbles, granite, basalt, diabase, gneiss, quartzite and porphyry.
  • Construction Waste and Recycled Material Processing
    Processes reinforced and plain concrete, construction and demolition waste, bricks, and ceramics. It crushes these materials and recovers them for recycling.

    Wireless remote control, one-touch start/stop, fault diagnostics and operating status monitoring simplify daily operation. A touchscreen provides access to the mining crushing equipment controls and operating parameters, while the electrical system includes cooling, overvoltage, undervoltage and lightning protection.

The folding feed hopper and optional side discharge conveyor can be folded for transport with the machine, without requiring separate disassembly.
Actual feeding capacity depends on feed material composition, feed size, pre-screening conditions and final product requirements.
The A Series uses an onboard diesel generator set as its primary power source, with the option to connect to an external power grid.
