ZOOMLION mining dump trucks are heavy-duty haulage vehicles built to transport ore, overburden and other bulk materials in open-pit mines. They can operate on steep grades and rough, unsealed haul roads and are designed for continuous multi-shift mining operations. To handle the repeated heavy loads the haul trucks carry, the frame is welded from high-strength low-alloy steel. Their load carrying structure has been optimized via CAD and FEA. Key welds undergo ultrasonic testing to improve fatigue life and long-term structural integrity.
