Crane

• ZOOMLION stiff boom cranes have a five-section boom made from high-strength steel. Its large hexagonal cross-section provides strength without unnecessary structural weight, while two telescopic cylinders extend the boom to a maximum length of 20 m.
• The outriggers extend to an 8 m span to provide a broad base of support when lifting loads.
• Overall lifting performance at medium to long boom lengths is more than 10% higher than that of competing models.
• Two hydraulic oil pumps increase hoisting speed and supply oil for simultaneous movements, so the cranes can perform more than one movement at a time.
• During extended operation, the standard hydraulic oil cooler helps keep the oil temperature under control. The cranes also include an overwinding warning and a control-panel start/stop function for easier operation.

Truck Chassis and Cab

• The truck measures 12 m long, 2.55 m wide, and 3.9 m high, so site entrances and access routes need enough clearance for the entire vehicle.
• For road travel, the truck has a 350 hp Weichai engine paired with a Fast Gear 12-speed transmission. The engine complies with China VI emissions standards.
• The Delong New M3000 cab has hydraulic suspension and an air-suspension driver’s seat to reduce the effect of road bumps during travel.
• Inside the cab, electric air conditioning and power windows provide additional comfort. The cab also has a manual tilt mechanism and a Celestial Rover Smart Elegance Edition BD vehicle terminal.
• The truck has 12.00R20 steel-cord tires and a four-channel anti-lock braking system (ABS) manufactured in China, which helps keep the wheels from locking when the driver brakes.
• The chassis has a front axle rated for 7.5 tons and a rear axle rated for 16 tons, along with a three-layer frame beam that measures 308 mm and runs the full length of the chassis.
• Distances between successive axles are 2100 mm, 4575 mm, and 1400 mm, and the complete vehicle has a curb weight of 20860 kg.
