ZOOMLION

WA7015-10 Flat-Top Tower Crane

ZOOMLION WA7015-10 flat-top tower crane has a top-slewing design without a tower head or tie bars above the jib. The jib and counter-jib form a continuous upper structure, with free-standing height configurations of 51 m or 60 m and a working radius of up to 70 m. These cranes can lift materials for building and bridge construction, high-rise projects, stadiums, water infrastructure, and nuclear power facilities.

  • Max. freestanding height: 60 m
  • Max. jib length: 70 m
  • Max. hoisting capacity: 10 t
  • Tip load: 1.5 t

Features
  • Design and Durability ZOOMLION flat-top tower cranes have an integrated operator’s cab with room to work, a jib that is quick to assemble on site, and planetary drive mechanisms for efficient power transmission. The main upper and lower structural assemblies have an equivalent design life of 30 years, while the planetary drive mechanisms have a design life of 15 years.
  • Protection During Crane Operations
The structural sections of these flat-top tower cranes are connected with pins, while digital safety controls help prevent overloading, detect a hook that slips downward, and limit upward travel before the hook rises too far. During multi-crane operation, an anti-collision system helps prevent contact with nearby cranes. Other safeguards respond when a load suddenly comes free or the crane attempts to lift an object still fixed to the ground or another structure. Safety protection also covers tower climbing, the process of adding mast sections to increase the crane’s height.
  • Remote Setup and Routine Checks
Tower crane safety devices can be calibrated, anti-collision parameters set, and the self-learning function of variable-frequency drives initiated remotely, thereby minimizing the need for on-site adjustments. The inspection function evaluates the drive mechanisms, electrical controls, and sensors according to a standardized procedure. Any detected anomalies are recorded for subsequent review by the maintenance team.
  • Operating and Maintenance Information
The remote management system enables maintenance and project teams to monitor the operating status of ZOOMLION tower cranes, review fault and maintenance records, and access live site video. The remote management system also lets maintenance and project teams view live videos, verify who is operating the crane, and review equipment usage data. If it detects an abnormal condition, it sends an alert so they can check the problem and determine whether maintenance or another response is needed.
