ZOOMLION

WA7025-12 Flat-Top Tower Crane

The WA7025-12 flat-top tower cranes from ZOOMLION can reach lifting points up to 70 m from the tower and have a freestanding height of 60 m. Their connected jib and counter-jib assembly rotates at the top of the tower to move loads around the work area, without a raised tower head or supporting tie bars above the jib. These fixed cranes support lifting work on residential and high-rise buildings, bridges, stadiums, water infrastructure, and nuclear power construction projects.

  • Max. freestanding height: 60 m
  • Max. jib length: 70 m
  • Max. hoisting capacity: 12 t
  • Tip load: 2.5 t

Features
  • Design and Durability
ZOOMLION flat-top tower cranes have an integrated operator’s cab with room to work, a jib that is quick to assemble on site, and planetary drive mechanisms for efficient power transmission. The main upper and lower structural assemblies have an equivalent design life of 30 years, while the planetary drive mechanisms have a design life of 15 years.
  • Protection During Crane Operations
The crane’s structural sections connect with pins, while digital safety controls help prevent overloading, detect a hook that slips downward, and limit upward travel before the hook rises too far. During multi-crane operation, anti-collision protection helps prevent contact with nearby cranes. Other safeguards respond when a load suddenly comes free or the crane attempts to lift an object still fixed to the ground or another structure. Safety protection also covers tower climbing, the process of adding mast sections to increase the crane’s height.
  • Remote Setup and Routine Checks
Operators can adjust and set up the safety devices, adjust anti-collision settings, and run automatic adjustment of the variable-frequency drives remotely, so fewer setup tasks require a site visit. The routine checks are done according to a standard procedure for the drive mechanisms, electrical controls, and sensors. Any abnormal conditions become part of a traceable inspection record for later review and follow-up.
  • Operating and Maintenance Information
Through the remote management system, maintenance and project teams can check how the crane is operating, check faults, and access maintenance information. The remote management system also lets maintenance and project teams view live videos, verify who is operating the crane, and review equipment usage data. If it detects an abnormal condition, it sends an alert so they can check the problem and determine whether maintenance or another response is needed.
