ZT135HEV Mining Dump Truck

ZOOMLION hybrid mining dump trucks (ZT135HEV) haul heavy loads along mine roads using a Weichai WP15HG770E304A diesel engine and two electric motors, identified as IM and TM. All three can supply power at the same time when additional driving force is needed, and their diesel engine meets China Stage IV emissions requirements for non-road machinery under GB 20891-2014.

These off-highway haul trucks have a box-section frame with composite fillet-welded joints to support heavy loads, along with hydropneumatic suspension on both the front and rear axles to absorb shocks as they travel over uneven ground. They also have full hydraulic steering and all-steel radial tires for travel on mine roads, while their U-shaped dump body helps keep material toward the center for more even loading.
